My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were cozy and had a proper king-size bed, Air Con, and a very new-age cool shower which made my stay very comfortable. However, the customer service could be improved as I had trouble with finding my reservation even after providing a printout, leading to a bit of argument with the receptionist. The service provided by the staff was decent and I enjoyed the convenience of room service and shuttle services. The location was very convenient, being within walking distance of Vitrolles station and close to the Marseille airport. The dining options were good, with many choices available, and the facilities were satisfactory at a reasonable price.
